Home Inspectors-
Most buyers will choose to have a home inspected before buying. An inspection can catch major flaws in a home prior to closing the sale, and the inspection contingency in the buy/sell contract will allow buyers to back out of the purchase if the house turns out to be a lemon. Some sellers are choosing to have their homes inspected before they list them, so they don’t get any surprises once the house goes under contract.
